Happy National Cheesecake Day! Most All of us have very busy lives and don’t have time to make a cheesecake. If you still want to celebrate today I found a quick and simple cheesecake dip on YouTube. The Domestic Geek has very quick and simple recipes that all look amazing. This is the first one I have made but I will be defiantly trying others. It is simple all you need it 5 ingredients. Crazy right? They are cream cheese, yogurt, confectioner sugar, strawberries, and graham crackers.
I made this with just a bow and a spoon. There is no need for a hand mixer or stand mixer.
The original recipe calls for Vanilla yogurt. I prefer Greek Yogurt. To balance it out I added an extra tablespoon of confectioner sugar and vanilla extract (not necessary but I like it add it to almost everything).
That is it! It is that quick and simple but delicious.

Last Minute Strawberry Cheesecake Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
Directions
- In a bowl mixer, beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla Greek yogurt and strawberries.
- Beat until well combined.
- Serve with graham crackers for dipping.
